Community Church in the Park, Picnic, Music, and Church Service. Participation from local churches.

WEDNESDAY August 5, 2020
4 p.m. – 7 p.m. — Accepting exhibits for the Floral Hall

THURSDAY August 6, 2020
9 a.m. – 3 p.m. — Accepting exhibits for the Floral Hall
4 p.m. — Floral Hall exhibits judging begins
5:30 p.m. — Line-up and judging for Old Settlers Parade circa the old Odon School lot. Floats on West Walnut, Tractors in Ketcham Memorial Center parking lot, and cars in the Old Odon School Parking lot.
6:30 p.m. — PARADE…the theme for this year is “TBA” in honor of Grand Marshall TBA .
7:00 p.m. — Floral Hall open until 9:00 p.m.
7:30 p.m. — Presentation of 2020 Grand Marshall –
TBA. Presentation of 2019 Little Miss and Little Mister.
8:00 p.m. — Entertainment — TBA

FRIDAY August 7, 2020
1:00 p.m. — 50-Year Club meets — Tim Maryfield and Ketcham Memorial Center – Sponsors
— Selection…Oldest Man & Woman. 2019 Winners: Oldest Man — *** years old; and the Oldest Woman – *** years old.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. — Floral Hall Open
1:00 p.m. — Bingo (sponsored by Ketcham Memorial Center)
6:00 p.m. — The Bouncing begins! (Supervision provided by TBA)
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. — Floral Hall Open
7:00 p.m. — 2020 Little Miss and Little Mister Contest (judged event) sponsored by The Odon Journal and Graber Post. Children must be at least 3 years old and not more than 6 years old by August 1, 2020. Contestants will be judged on appearance, personality, and a show-n-tell presentation. Registration will be open from July 1, 2020 until July 31, 2020. Sign up applications are available at The Odon Journal office – phone (812) 636-7350.
