Bombers Baseball Game at Historic Huntingburg League Stadium
Locals of Dubois County go crazy for some Bombers baseball! The Dubois County Bombers are a collegiate baseball team that play at the Historic Huntingburg League Stadium. The stadium was depicted in the film “A League of Their Own,” starring Tom Hanks, Geena Davis and Madonna back in the early 90’s.
During the games, players wear vintage-themed WWII uniforms like the ones worn in the movie. During the summertime, stop by Huntingburg League Stadium, grab an iced-cold beer or chilled soda pop and catch a game!

Dubois County Museum
Known as one of the largest county museums in the state of Indiana, the Dubois County Museum showcases the rich German heritage and history of the Dubois County area. The “Main Street Dubois County” exhibit features 17 rooms portraying life at the turn of the 20th century.
The exhibit includes a barber shop, bank, hotel, photographer and shoe shop. Take a dive into history and experience the interactive Lewis and Clark expedition boat or visit the double log cabin, historic agriculture machinery collection. Children will enjoy the hands-on one-room schoolhouse and play yard.
