Celebrate the weekend with Saturday Night Fireworks at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari! Each Saturday night at closing, starting July 13 through August 3, 2024 (weather permitting), Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari will present a colorful fireworks show set to themed music. Admission fee: No additional charge to park visitors
This event celebrates Meriwether Lewis meeting William Clark at the Falls of the Ohio in October 1803. Activities on both days include re-enactors, demonstrations of period crafts, vendors and food, period music, and more! Set-up is adjacent to the sidewalks behind the Interpretive Center. Reduced admission to the Interpretive Center exhibits and movies.
Enjoy a stroll through the autumn forests during the Second Sunday Nature Walk. Learn to identify some trees by leaf, bark, and other traits. Look for other life associated with the trees. See how the makeup of species population changes with the environment, from sunny areas, to upland forest, to lower stream areas.
